A range of high performance energy efficient recessed LED downlight luminaries for the residential market designed and engineered without compromise to provide optimum lumen performance and reliability by using high powered LED chip on board technology that allows high luminous efficacy with minimal energy consumption. The light engine is specially designed and casted from thermally conductive material to produce high levels of heat dissipation with excellent thermal management to maintain low LED operating temperatures ensuring that lumen performance and system reliability is fully maintained. With a total power consumption of just 13.8w and power savings as much as 80% these LED downlight luminaires are designed as a genuine replacement for 35w and 50w halogen downlights.
The trim ring is manufactured out of cast aluminium finished in matt white polyester powder coat as standard, the parabolic profile reflector with PMMA optics provides a 60 degree beam angle, the light source is the latest Citizen COB CLL032 series LED in three step macadam ellipse available in colour temperatures of 2700k and 3000k warm white with an average lamp life of 50,000 hours. The remote SAA approved Constant Current LED Driver is provided with a 1.2 metre flex and plug as standard and is dimmable with most Leading and Trailing edge dimmers.
